Hello, I’m Ana González Urdinguio,

a communicator and audiovisual producer specializing in adult education.

I combine pedagogical innovation, empathy, and creativity to deliver motivating learning experiences to our students.

In this space, I share how I specifically address the needs of individuals integrating training through audiovisual formats.

These learners often face the challenge of needing a professional structure they can rely on to ensure both agility and quality, while also receiving clear and precise updates on the status of their projects.

I focus on efficient audiovisual production that meets technical requirements and satisfies the needs of our learners. Through this tailored production, we optimize resources and provide students with videos that make learning easier and more engaging, inspiring them to reach their goals.

All of this is designed to help tackle the major challenges currently facing the training sector, which is navigating a period of socioeconomic uncertainty alongside the significant differences in preferences, consumption habits, and information channels among the diverse generations that make up today’s learners and audiences.

Audiovisual content—whether videos or podcasts—must effectively transmit knowledge, motivate learners to progress, and, above all, connect with the audience to foster a sense of identification.

We’re inundated with information, and while there is a wealth of valuable content available for free, what we offer must be equally useful and engaging.

Creativity adds the special touch to each project, reflecting my passion for communication.

I have been working in the training sector for over 20 years, with extensive experience in e-learning and blended learning. I possess knowledge of psychology and new learning methodologies, as well as 14 years of experience producing audiovisual content.

This journey, coupled with my curious and adaptive nature, allows me to provide students with the support they need to achieve their objectives and deliver meaningful results.

I've had the opportunity to collaborate with Ana González for several years. She quickly recognized the potential of our 5' VISION videos in the training initiatives she leads at ADAMS and was instrumental in launching the collaboration between our companies. In addition to that initial vision, over the years Ana has always been a great facilitator, acting with proactivity, agility, and problem-solving skills. It's a pleasure to work with her.

I've worked closely with Ana for years. Over time, I've seen how the audiovisual world has become increasingly important in her work. She manages contacts, timing, has creative ideas, and even stands in front of a camera like the good audiovisual communicator she is. I think Ana is an efficient producer and an excellent communicator. She realized this a few years ago, and I think she was born to do this.
